In an election Tuesday, voters in Fall River, Massachusetts voted to recall Mayor Jasiel Corriea, and elected him to replace himself.

Voters were given one ballot with two questions 1. Should the Mayor be removed 2. If the Mayor was removed, who should replace him.

On question 1, the vote was 7849 to 4811 to remove the Mayor.
On Question 2, Correia got 4567 votes, the next highest vote getter got 1971.

So what was that about?
