A serious question for our anti-Kavanaugh protestor crowd

NO. We won't apologize for questioning his character. We won't apologize for asking questions. We won't apologize for vetting him during his job interview. We certainly won't apologize for being appalled by his refusal to answer questions, his claiming victim status and whining like a pre-schooler about screening his job application.
The Supreme Court works for me. I am Kav's employer and if he had applied for a job in my company I would never have hired him.

Clara,

Do you know the differece between questioning a person's character, and the disgraceful treatment our anti-Kavanaugh crowd participated in during his confirmation hearings?

He did. He answered a bunch of questions.

Even squeaky voice has said that she wants to drop it.

Maybe you should march down to the police station in the town that the snuggle struggle supposedly occurred and demand justice.
oh so he said he didnt do anything, we should just believe him?

riiiiiiiiight. pffffttttttt.

still, no investigation over all those claims, period.

@Lyzza

Hypothetically, consider for a moment, if he were innocent, how would he go about clearing his name other than the process that has already taken place? What would that process look like?

I'd like to know the answer to this question as well & on top of that, I find it mind boggling that there seem to be some folks out there who seriously think that if someone's accused of something, then it's the alleged individual's burden to prove otherwise - actually as I think of this, I'm wondering if even this would be good enough for them or does it not matter at all to them. I can see that it wouldn't be, when there's a special interest or agenda behind the motive to convince themselves to the allegations are automatically true upon being made.

The main special interest that I think may be involved entails the belief that with Kavanaugh on SCOTUS, Roe v Wade will be overturned. Maybe it should be overturned & maybe it ought to be, but the fact is that not only is there nothing that indicates that Kavanaugh is inclined to overturn it, but there is something that indicates that he's inclined not to overturn it, based on his track record.

If it isn't because of Roe v Wade, I don't know what the agenda is or why they're like that.

Well, it is nice to see you appologize for the disgraceful treatment our anti-Kavanaugh crowd participated in during his confirmation hearings.

Your sarcasm is noted. It's a shame you don't know the meaning OR the spelling of "apologize". When was the last time you APOLOGIZED on DTT?

Also, consider, for what other crime, aside from "sexual assault/rape", would this event be able to unfold as it has. Can you imagine a time if people can start accusing each other of any crime, with no court acceptable evidence, no statute of limitations, and a fuzzy story?

20 years ago, you pushed me into an empty bathroom, pulled a pocket knife on me, you never actually stabbed me, but had a crazy look in your eye like you wanted to. I got away, and never told anyone about it until now. Try and prove that didn't happen.

Well, if there was no "investigation", the question is why? The anti-Kavanaugh Senate crowd had a very, very long time to investigate and to date they couldn't turn up any evidence. But you and your crowd are still free to investigate. So, instead of babbling on and on and crying, and clawing at the doors of the Supreme Court like the living dead, why don't you get off your butts and go out and investigate and substantiate your speculations as fact?

The unavoidable truth is, Andrew Gillum's socialist plan for “free” college tuition will be paid for by taxing millions of college graduates who worked for and paid their own way through college and are now trying to finance their own economic needs.
