So to review. Our RWBATS know nothing more than the rest of us, have no idea who the letter came from or what it stated or the accusations or what Kavanaugh is accused of or IF he is accused.......but.........somehow, someway.......our DTT cult members have juried, judged and pardoned Kav.
AND....if there's any blame to be laid it should be laid at the feet of the possible victim, Senator Feinstein, the fake #MeToo movement and the Democratic Party.

This attitude is unbelievable. YOU PEOPLE are not interested in information, investigation, evidence, facts or truth. You just want the Democratic Party to suffer untold misery and the fires of hell.

Feinstein alleges she received the letter during the summer from Rep. Anna Eshoo, who received it from an anonymous and nameless individual from Stanford University who will not reveal their identity. Feinstein is on the judiciary committee and never mentioned the letter or questioned Kavanaugh about the letter. Feinstein sent it to the FBI to imply that Kavanaugh broke a federal law. The FBI passed on the charade. It is a last ditch stall tactic.
I see.

Did Brett Kavanaugh Straight Up Lie to Congress the First Time He Was Appointed?
Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh appears to have misled Congress during his confirmation hearings when he was first nominated to sit on the federal bench in 2006.
During those hearings, Kavanaugh assured senators that he “was not involved in the questions about the rules governing detention of combatants.” In fact, Kavanaugh took part in at least one such discussion at the very least....
“In fact, in 2002, Kavanaugh and a group of top White House lawyers discussed whether the Supreme Court would uphold the Bush administration’s decision to deny lawyers to American enemy combatants. Kavanaugh advised the group that the Supreme Court’s swing voter, Justice Anthony Kennedy, would probably reject the president’s assertion that the men were not entitled to counsel. Kavanaugh had worked as a clerk for Kennedy. That meeting was first reported in The Washington Post. NPR independently confirmed the details with multiple sources.”

Kavanaugh did not lie. Two seperate questions on seperate subject matters fifteen years apart. That is why it went nowhere in the hearing.

And YOU PEOPLE don't have an interest in that either. YOU PEOPLE will grasp at any straw to buy this crap accusation that has been around since Feinslime got the letter back in June. Where was it then? It's obvious that the Dems ahve been simply sitting on it waiting for the exact moment (when he was voted out of committee 11-10) to whine about another excuse to delay at all costs. Vote's next thursday. By the time this process is over and Kavanaugh is confirmed it'll be a miracle if anyone votes for a Dem.
