Putting too much faith in incorruptible judges is a shortcut on the road to disappointment:

“While a handful of billionaires spending millions of dollars were able to buy votes, it is our hope they can’t buy the judges,” said Alan Gottlieb, the executive vice president of the Second Amendment Foundation.

American Socialists/Communists began campaigning against robber barons way back in the late 19th century. As the decades rolled by, more and more parasites won elections. Today’s wealthy tax dollar hustlers in government repeatedly rail against the rich. At the same time Socialists fatten up on Socialism’s XVI Amendment they spend tens of millions of dollars abolishing the 2nd Amendment with unconstitutional laws.

NOTE: The XVI Amendment is a government Right, while the 2nd Amendment is a people’s Right just as necessary as the First Amendment.

Parenthetically, nailing Al Capone on a tax beef gave the XVI Amendment more respectability than did anything else before or since. Al Capone’s conviction did more to sell a tax on income than did all of the touchy-feely social justice crapola combined. Incarcerating Big Al convinced Americans that the income tax was about locking up criminals. How many big time crooks have you seen a successful government criminal like Hillary Clinton go to jail for tax evasion since Capone?

Go back to before the XVI Amendment and you will find that the sales pitch promised the income tax was going to make robber barons pay their fair share. Naturally, Socialist parasites determined fair share. Is not the complaint the same today as it was at the turn of the 20th century? The rich do not pay enough. Is not the result the same with one difference. Rich crooks get richer on tax dollars.

Stopping manmade global warming was designed to give the EPA the same success Al Capone enjoyed. So far, the scam is working to perfection. Environmental bunkum abounds under the guise of punishing dastardly polluters. In truth, the number of global warming crooks accumulating tax dollars makes Prohibition era gangsters look like impoverished beggars.

Finally, the drinking class got a cup of happiness for their money when drinking adult beverages was illegal. After the XXI Amendment was ratified one joke went something like this: Repeal was a con job. There is no more booze available now than there was during Prohibition.

Today, EPA gangsters take and give nothing in turn.

p.s. Do not relax for a minute. Democrats continue to work on getting the bugs out of the Al Capone fairy tale.

Naturally, he will use income tax dollars to buy back those guns:

On May 21, 2018, Breitbart News reported that Swalwell pushed an “assault weapons” ban that would be based on buybacks with criminal charges for those who did not comply.

To Twisted Sister: A way has to be found to buy judges and police chiefs who will defend the 2nd Amendment —— without making the payoff with tax dollars.
