Your "simple" free market inevitably gets more and more complicated as you need to add layer and layer of private control over social life.... ironic.
Now you get it.

It is a way of thinking that leads to less governance. Since there is a steady push for total control there has to be a push for less control.

There is no evidence that smoking natural tobacco prevents or reduces the danger to your health
So i never said there is or is not. If you want to argue that chemical laced tobacco products are the same as natural tobacco then go right ahead and be ignorant.

I said people want chemical free and diaper free smokes and the market should be able to provide such.

I'd suggest you read your links in the future. This guy is saying that if you call the premiums people pay for health insurance right now, they would be better off with a universal healthcare system because the increase in taxes would be less than what they pay for premiums now.

Your solution is to have local control. There would be hundreds if not thousands of local controls that would be redundant, complicated, and non-standardized. Your system of "free market" is completely unworkable in modern life, let alone medieval Europe. Even the Dark Ages were not as complicated as you propose.

Nope.

You are just set against anything other than the current system that has more laws than a person can read in several years.

Do you have any idea of how many laws we have currently? If we got that number down to even a hundred thousand it would be an improvement.
