This, we cannot or will not do certain work is based on what? Would that be a level of pay commiserate with the job? The question then becomes, why? When 26-states are providing more in welfare and food stamps than can be made working, why would anyone take that job. When employers are allowed to pay a substandard wage, illegal alien workers then become dependent upon to do that work which in turn creates a need. It's a never ending cycle of need built on criminal activity. The illegal alien employer work ladder has now move from agriculture to service, construction and other forms of work. Which is destroying our middle class. The blame lies squarely on local, state, and the Federal government for allowing criminal activity that is robbing legal American citizens.
“There's no way to rule innocent men. The only power any government has is the power to crack down on criminals. Well, when there aren't enough criminals, one makes them. One declares so many things to be a crime that it becomes impossible for men to live without breaking laws.”
Twenty five years ago constitutionalists and conservatives would have laughed their butts off at the silly arguments you make. A few who were racists without any knowledge of our history, laws, or the economics of our country might give you the time of day.
It is true that about half of the American people are now dependent upon Uncle Scam for at least a part of their living. According to you that is the fault of people you want to call "illegal aliens."
It would never dawn on you to blame the American people. We have a government that, if you ask them for assistance, they demand you become permanently dependent upon them. A guy with a mild form of autism asked the government for help until he could get on his feet. The government demands that he go on SSRIs and screw up his health permanently. I don't know how in the HELL you are going to blame that on so - called "illegal aliens," but I'm sure you will. BTW, it happens hundreds of times a day.
Just before the build the walls guys got their royal arses kicked in court, I was busy fighting the abuses of eminent domain. Walmart would come along and try to buy out neighborhoods to put in one of their stores. When landowners refused, Walmart went to the county commission. They would tell the commissioners that if they condemned the property, Walmart would buy the property and put up a store. It would mean jobs... and so Walmart did.
And Walmart opened up their stores, running the mom and pop places out of business and forcing landowners to sell the homes they loved. And Walmart paid crap wages. And then Walmart knowingly hired subcontractors that employed these people you call "illegal aliens." Let me go further:
When Walmart comes to town, the small stores close shop. And Walmart pays junk wages. I found out that there is a program like Medicare for the children in Georgia. It's called Peachcare. The children who make up the bulk of Peachcare recipients are NOT so - called "illegal aliens." They aren't Hispanic - they aren't even black. The group who gets the most money from Peachcare are the children of Walmart employees.
You can wail and complain all day long, but your ass wasn't within a thousand miles of me when I used to stand on private property with a rifle in one hand and a law book in the other, challenging the government over stealing private property via eminent domain abuse. And today, it's even worse. You and your family shop at Walmart. You can bitch and complain about low wages and 'illegal aliens," but YOU are the problem, not a part of the solution. The foreigners would not be here if you understood the economics of your own nation and would vote your conscience via your wallet. Walmart is America's largest employer and their actions set the pace for the rest of the retail establishments... low wages, foreign goods, and coming soon computerized cashiers.
The way I see it, my critics had an opportunity to stand up and show me what they were about 15 years ago (and before that.) If they cared about wages and their fellow man, they would have gone to the county commission and said, straight up, if an employer comes to town, they must be able to pay their employees a livable wage or we simply cannot afford their business. There is no law we have to issue business permits to companies that will run other businesses out of town and not pay the people they employ a wage that will keep their workers off the public dole.
It's easier to sit on your backside, play your little blame game and beg for a government big enough to save you from yourself.
