Of course she was, she's an Obama appointee!
I pointed out her qualifications.
You completely ignore those and blindly pretend that her being an Obama appointee is all it was about.
Obama actually nominated 14 judges who the ABA deemed "not qualified".
But, like always, don't let the facts get in the way of your lies.

Here's the thing she said that makes her opinions invalid. She doesn't seem to know what a King actually is today.
Jesus dude. Way to latch onto the completely irrelevant.
That criticism has absolutely no judicial bearing on the situation. Her comment was more about "flourish" than anything actually having a ruling impact.

If that's all you could understand from the ruling, you seriously need to step out of this thread and educate yourself before coming back.

Or perhaps her bias, AKA the DNC, is simply controlling her mouth.
ROFLMAO!
You accuse her of being biased, but then you quote hotair in your response?
The hypocrisy just oozes off you, doesn't it.

"However busy or essential a presidential aide might be, and whatever their proximity to sensitive domestic and national-security projects, the President does not have the power to excuse him or her from taking an action that the law requires," Judge Ketanji Brown Jackson wrote.
"Stated simply, the primary takeaway from the past 250 years of recorded American history is that Presidents are not kings," Jackson said.
Try focusing on the bold part instead of the "stated simply" part.
The whole "king" reference simply means that the president is not above the law, while kings were considered to be the law.

Your "hotair" comment just completely fails to address the actual point of the ruling.

I just love how everything that goes for Obama is biased and everything that goes against Trump is biased. In your worldview it just isn’t possible that Obama was just a better President.

It's almost as tho she woke up and thought "Oh shit! This would apply to the next Democrat". Or perhaps her fellow judges sent her a little note............ Either way she's done the right thing.

I can't click Daily Mail because of the pop-ups, but perhaps she woke up and stayed the case due to the appeal? which is pretty normal stuff

na no way she's totally worried about a Dem 50 years from now using her 120 page scathing ruling against themselves or something something

Fortunately this activist judge has a lot of reversals in her future.
An imperial presidency should never be called to account for actions and the wannabe king should reign unrestrained by elected officials and the rule of law ? It seems to me that the RWinger support for Trump here on DTT has become more listless and unenthusiastic as this whole process drags out. Perhaps the issues are finally beginning to make sense to Republicans.
