Let me wrap this up for ya'll it explains everyone of your arguments and beliefs.

From Romans Chapter 1
21 Because that, when they knew God, they glorified him not as God, neither were thankful; but became vain in their imaginations, and their foolish heart was darkened.

22 Professing themselves to be wise, they became fools,

23 And changed the glory of the uncorruptible God into an image made like to corruptible man, and to birds, and fourfooted beasts, and creeping things.

24 Wherefore God also gave them up to uncleanness through the lusts of their own hearts, to dishonour their own bodies between themselves:

25 Who changed the truth of God into a lie, and worshipped and served the creature more than the Creator, who is blessed for ever. Amen.

26 For this cause God gave them up unto vile affections: for even their women did change the natural use into that which is against nature:

27 And likewise also the men, leaving the natural use of the woman, burned in their lust one toward another; men with men working that which is unseemly, and receiving in themselves that recompence of their error which was meet.

28 And even as they did not like to retain God in their knowledge, God gave them over to a reprobate mind, to do those things which are not convenient;

29 Being filled with all unrighteousness, fornication, wickedness, covetousness, maliciousness; full of envy, murder, debate, deceit, malignity; whisperers,

30 Backbiters, haters of God, despiteful, proud, boasters, inventors of evil things, disobedient to parents,

31 Without understanding, covenantbreakers, without natural affection, implacable, unmerciful:

32 Who knowing the judgment of God, that they which commit such things are worthy of death, not only do the same, but have pleasure in them that do them.

You have been warned about your behavior, and lifestyle choices
do with it what you will.
Now I predict a slew of argument for what you think this means, let me help the Bible is literal.
The Bible cannot be understood if taken literally.

How old was Ahaziah when he began to reign?

There was no History before God. Don't believe? Don't, it's no skin off my back, and make s it no less true.
And your belief doesn't make it true either.

Many children, all over the world, believe in Santa Claus....that doesn't make him real.

The unsophisticated atheist's Santa argument and the lack of understanding of the difference between positive evidence and negative evidence and which is applicable.

And yet you still haven't explained why there is none of the physical evidence present that would be expected if the bible were true

You must have overlooked this.

So again, here is your chance to back up your argument that the Fourteenth Amendment has all of the following in its plain language or in the intent by the 39th Congress:

Where in the Fourteenth Amendment is the First, Second, Third, Fourth, Fifth, Sixth, Seventh, and Eighth Amendment located?

Where is the word "incorporate" located in the Fourteenth Amendment?

Where is the phrase "Bill of Rights" located in the Fourteenth Amendment?

Where is the phrase "substantive due process" located in the Fourteenth Amendment?

What is a comity clause?

Why did no one know the Bill of Rights were incorporated until the twentieth century?

Why did the Congress for the entire decade of the 1870s attempt and fail to pass a sixteenth amendment to incorporate the First Amendment if the Bill of Rights were incorporated by the Fourteenth Amendment?

Because that's the way the constitution works in the real world.

You are trying to construct a very clever argument that up is down, and in your head, it makes sense, but in the real world, up is up and down is down.

So it's all about location?
That is the primary factor involved, yes.

And the truly sad part is after PAGES AND PAGES of people explaining this to you, you still do not get it, do you...

:lol::lol::lol: you people are absolutely insane. You are so friggin brainwashed and closed minded.
ROFLMAO!!
It is positively hilarious for you to claim this.

On your side, giving the man "rights" on the issue, what are the consequences?
If a man says "no" to the abortion, is the woman forced to carry the baby to term?
If a man says "yes" to the abortion, will women be forced to terminate the fetus inside them?

You are the one closed minded to the reality you present. You present one data point regarding the fetus coming from the man's sperm and the woman's egg and demand that the gestating fetus be equally owned...
... but refuse to comprehend the consequences of ignoring the bigger picture.

You only care about rights when a woman is involved you
No. It's about who is carrying the fetus.
And for untold millenia until now, that has been the woman.

In the future, that could change.
Doctors Complete The FIRST EVER Uterus Transplant INTO A MAN
Surgery Could Give Men Wombs of Their Own Within 5 Years
In that evolving future, men carrying the fetus would get to make the decisions.
