If Trump is racist, he's not very good at it. Agree or disagree?

President Donald Trump has nominated the first African-American woman for promotion to general in the U.S. Marine Corps.

Col. Lorna M. Mahlock will be promoted to the rank of brigadier general, if confirmed, the U.S. Department of Defense announced on Tuesday. Mahlock is currently the deputy director of Operations, Plans, Policies, and Operations Directorate at Marine Corps Headquarters in Washington.

According to her LinkedIn profile, Mahlock has served in Germany, worked in the Office of Legislative Affairs and served in Okinawa, Japan.

Even a broken clock is right twice a day.

If someone is a racist and in the public spotlight, especially someone that has been in public spotlight as long as Trump has, it’s not like they’re going to sporting nazi tattoos and handing out KKK pamphlets.

Or is it just a coincidence that he told members of House of Representatives to “go back where they came from” that just happen to be women of color? Even though three of them were born here in the United States?

Isn't the term "women of color" racist? Us nonracists just refer to them as women.

First of all, Trump didn't nominate this person. He signed off on her appointment. Here's a quote proving that.

Lorna M. Mahlock is the first African American woman to be nominated as a Brigadier general in the United States Marine Corps, which occurred in 2018. The signoff of the nomination, by President Donald Trump, was announced in a press release by U.S. Secretary of Defense General James Mattis

So Trump just signed a piece of paper. He probably didn't even read it. Nor know what it was about.

Fact is, Trump is extremely racist. From telling minority congresswomen to "go back" to turning a blind eye to migrant children and a lot of other things.

Seems like an appropriate thread to post Joyner Lucas' I'm not racist.
Take note to the line "I'm not racist, my sister's boyfriend's black."

Trump is a textbook racist. Haven't you noticed his token-black cabinet members? Well, there's only one: Ben Carson. Why choose a brain surgeon to run HUD?
AND....Only a handful of his senior staff are of Latino, Asian or Arab descent. Trump's lack of WH diversity has been written and talked about since his election.
But if you want more evidence, why not look to his timeline of hate going back to housing discrimination in the 1970s--court cases and their outcome.

If Trump were racist he'd act like this

“That was the reason he was pushing the bill,” said MacMillan, who was present during the conversation. “Not because he wanted equality for everyone. It was strictly a political ploy for the Democratic party. He was phony from the word go.”

It's exactly the same with Democrats today.
