Show a legal drivers license in California and you can vote and California allows illegals to take the driver's test and if they pass they get a California Driver's License.

Balboa discovered California and he was an explorer from Spain looking for gold. California was under the Spanish Crown and not Mexico. I would give California back to Spain saying we tore it up and you fix it.
