This guy should leave Californication to the far left and move south. They have to pipe in painters here because there is enough work for you regardless of who you are.

Block all immigration both legal and illegal. We already have more than enough immigrants who stress our natural resources. Tear down the Statue of Liberty which is a false flag. edit: Try to immigrate to Japan and good luck with that.

I have said many, many times the ONLY way we will ever solve the problem is to go after those that HIRE THEM !!! Until we do that no amount of walls or enforcement will ever put even the slightest dent in the number of illegals working in this country. Making e-Verify the law of the land would be a very good start. Then start busting the large companies and work our way down the food chain. Shut down Walmart, Tyson foods, ConAG and haul their CEO's out in handcuffs by the time we're done there, the smaller companies will have decided it's just too dangerous.

Here is what is wrong with your proposition:

1) An employer should be entitled to hire whomever they want. They own the job they create. To imply any differently says that society believes the jobs are "ours." They are not and could only be in a socialist country

2) So, it is a civil misdemeanor for a foreigner to come into the United States - and they get a maximum $250 fine (which they don't have) and a ride to Mexico. Yet you suggest the employer get hit with a criminal charge and excessive fines for doing what the employer has a Right to do

3) I'm against your idea because the United States Supreme Court ruled that it is not a crime for an undocumented foreigner to "be in" the United States without papers. Why would you punish job providers for adding to the economy?

4) As someone who cares as much about the 4th Amendment as they do the 2nd Amendment, I will never support E Verify in any way, shape, fashion, or form

5) If you bust companies for growing, they will be more than happy to take their business to another country and watch you sink

6) IF you begin retracing our steps as a nation, it was that idiotic idea that we should have affirmative action, preferential hiring schemes, reverse discrimination, etc. and before that it was the 14th Amendment not to mention civil rights (sic) laws and - man it would be a long road to get you to where we are that started the problem. Government intervention has been what costs us our Liberties and Freedoms. You should rethink your position and go the opposite direction.

IF American employers hired all American staffs and IF the government rewarded those companies with significant tax breaks, that would be much more productive than to try and force employers to hire only Americans. Many employers would hire the people you think should have the job if there weren't a black dude, transexual, woman, Asian, Muslim, atheist, handicapped person, etc. standing in line demanding the job because of one law or another that virtually guarantees them the position. Maybe those restrictive laws are the real root of your problem.

The reality is, the government is NOT going to get rid of the people from south of the border. The politicians will tell you what you want to hear, but the courts will rule differently and the the politicians will simply wave their hands in the air and proclaim they did all they could do. Between changing demographics, liberal judges (and they are all tainted by liberalism) every solution that's being put on the table will be an opportunity for them to strike at YOUR Rights. Uninformed people with radical opinions can sink this nation through ignorance.

7) I don't know where you live, but I just got finished working five hours (AFTER I had started this posting) when a handyman stopped here to help me with odd jobs at $25 an hour. There is PLENTY of work here for those with the same minimal skill sets the alleged "illegal aliens" have. The problem here is that EVERY man I know in my neighborhood (and I know LOTS BTW) are into smoking weed, drinking booze, doing drugs, worrying about their tattoos and body piercings. They get money from the government not to work and / or they are victimized by your background check - E Verify tools that they cannot rise above their past and get a job with traditional employers.

You look at a fit Hispanic guy willing to go out there and work versus the fat ass white guys that show up and there is no contest. Our people have become fat slobs; many don't shave; some are in their 30s and beyond without an education, driver's license, work experience or work ethic. And you want to force employers to hire them??? It's no different than the libs demanding special consideration. For real. If you want to work and aren't doing too hot you can make lots of money here doing handyman work (installing sinks, toilets, and gutters.) There are many of my neighbors wanting help building decks, cutting down trees, grinding stumps, replacing windows, and doing small concrete jobs (retaining walls, fixing driveways, etc.) You can make $30 an hour plus a week end rate and work every hour you can stand on your feet. When it comes to jobs, I don't see the problem.

OTOH, I want my freedom back. So, if you give employers their freedom back, the Americans clean up their act, and we don't push Orwellian ideas like National ID and this E Verify BS, we can start moving back to a position of strength and maybe reclaim our nation.

And i have said remove entitlements provided to them. No free nothin'

Remove the minimum wage especially for illegals. No id $5/hr.

Make the pathway to citizenship easy. Register before entering, live here probationary for say 5 years self sufficiently crime free. Take a test (in English) and bam. Citizen.

We, as a nation incentivize people to come here illegally and this costs the actual citizens.

I could give a shit less about people coming here. I dont want them to have a negitive effect on my life.

It would be easy for the third world to come here and outvote us. We do have a dilemma. For example, Stacey Abrams, who ran for governor of Georgia is working to give the privilege of voting to undocumented foreigners. The current law is that there is no "right" to vote in a federal election. The Constitution only protects the right it assumes exists. Once the courts ruled on it, no such right to vote exists. So, that may have a negative impact on our lives.

Balancing the Rights of all without being overtaken by other people of countries via "democracy" is definitely going to be a challenge that doesn't have an easy solution. You say we incentivize people to come here from foreign nations and I agree. At the same time, our own government deliberately creates drug users, dysfunctional families, and the government incentivizes its own citizenry to be wholly dependent on the government.

The only way we can change that dynamic is to become more self sufficient, more self reliant, and create communities that do not need government. The current government would kill itself if a portion of the citizenry quit participating. The negative impact foreigners could have on your life is to change our form of government... which is apparently not going to have anything to do with citizenship. I don't have any easy answers, but would talk over all possibilities.

Talking to friend one day I asked what had brought him from NJ down to Louisiana. He said simply, MEXICANS. He was a construction worker. Had a couple of different licenses that keep him working pretty much full time. He said you'd take a $16 dollar an hour job just to keep a paycheck until the bigger high paying projects opened up. The good jobs paid up to $26 an hour. This is in 1980s dollars, so damned good money. Then he said the first Mexican crews started showing up in the very late 80s. By 1993 he said the BEST paying job he could find was paying $14 to $16 an hour and those were few and far between. At that point he was talking to an army buddy who mentioned there were openings at the chemical plant he worked at, so he packed up and moved to LA.

The issue with illegals is they distort the normal free market supply and demand. Especially at the lower end of the job market. This ripples all the way up into the middle class. The truth is middle calls workers haven't had a real pay raise in two decades now. We're barely keeping up with inflation. In real terms adjusted for inflation some years we've gone backwards. Sadly, despite massive profits and huge tax cuts, corporate America is still down sizing, reorganizing and outsourcing. So even though there may be jobs for the people getting downsized, myself included, most will have to take substantial pay cuts to get reemployed.

You make negative comments about fat lazy Americans. While I have no issues with the work ethic of the Hispanics, WHY would people show up to work the hard shit jobs for the same money they were making doing those jobs 20 years ago ?? I don't know where you live, but here ?? $30 an hour ?? Ain't happening.

You can wave your flag and talk freedom all you want, but I firmly believe the presence of a large number of illegal worker is having a negative effect on our economy.
