Subsequently, the land reform should be conducted. First in the Iraqi constitution should be enshrined that the Iraqi government at all levels cannot possess more than 4% of land and that only Iraqi citizens can own land and real property. All other land should be distributed in equal shares by lot among Iraqi citizens in inheritable possessions that cannot be sold or mortgaged. All privatization of government-owned enterprises should be conducted among Iraqi citizens with the workers of these enterprises given preference. Foreign investments outside of oil sector where foreign oil companies should be welcome should be limited to foreign islamic capital owning no more than 49% in capital of each enterprise.

Subsequently, the tax reform should be conducted. The income tax should be limited to 10% of the gross annual income of residents or corporations, with first 30 silver dinars per resident per month free of income tax, families and kindred should be allowed to jointly file their taxes. The income tax should be collected by the district governments that should subsequently send 1/3 of the collected revenue to the provincial governments and 1/3 of the collected revenue to the national government. The social tax should be limited to 10% of the gross annual income of residents and corporations, with first 30 silver dinars per resident per month free of income tax, families and kindred should be allowed to jointly file their taxes, and social tax should be payable to either the district social fund formed in each district and administered by the district government to be distributed in equal monthly shares to all poor citizens of Iraq, with monthly incomes below 30 silver dinars per citizen per month, residing in the district, requesting assistance from the district social fund, within a year of receiving social tax payments, or to the local mosque to be distributed by imams in equal shares between the poor faithful residing in the district within a year of receiving social tax payments. All custom duties should be collected by the national government of Iraq and 50% of all custom duties collected distributed in equal shares to each provincial government. No other taxes, except income and social tax on residents and corporations, customs duties, royalties on oil and mineral deposits should be levied by the Iraqi government.

Next, most economic regulations must be abolished outright, the poor Iraqis provided with unconditional social security payment sufficient to purchase good food, good clothing and pay for residence. Furthermore, all IMF loans and other conditional Western loans should be rejected, and all cooperation with the IMF reduced to monitoring. Islamic countries has enough wealth to assist Iraq in restoring its economy to economic growth without Western assistance. Tourism should be better regulated to attract foreigners, respectful and considerate of Iraqi culture, while keeping behavior of drinking and promiscuous foreigners limited to hotels for these, rather than an open and irritating sight as during saddam hussein tyranny.

Finally, it is a good and wise project to rebuilt the great city of Babylon, according to the blueprints left by the great king Nebuchadnezzar, as the economic and financial center of the Middle East, to free Muslim nations from the necessity to arrange their economic and financial dealings with non-Muslims in non-Muslim nations, and promote islamic business and islamic finance. A first step for rebuilding Babylon is to invite brotherly state of Iran to establish an Iraqi-Irani oil exchange in Babylon, where Iranian and Iraqi oil would be sold not for worthless paper US dollar and euros, and paper and electronic currencies of other nations, but for gold and silver dinars, to protect muslim wealth from plunder by inflation of paper Western currencies. Subsequently all other Arab and Muslim nations should be invited to carry oil trade in Babylon for gold and silver coins. Subsequently, the great city of Babylon should be rebuilt to its former glory and famous hanging gardens of Babylon restored with assistance of excellent Iranian and Egyptian engineers. The restoration of Babylon will create 5 million workplaces for Iraqi citizens, first in construction and subsequently in financial and other services, allowing for Iraq to end unemployment once and for all. But the resorted Babylon will be monument for greatness and wisdom of a young Iraqi lion, who will rebuild the greatness and glory of Iraqi nation, Muqtada Al-Sadr. It is important for a young Iraqi lion, Muqtada Al-Sadr to invite Antichrist Beast of Revelation barak hussein obama, the former president of the United States of America and next secretary general of the United Nations organization, to build UN headquarters in Baghdad, Iraq, once barak hussein obama is elected next secretary general of the United Nations organization in year 2021.

It is furthermore essential not to impose on Iraqi citizens electronic numbers for taxpayer and social security identification, neither forcefully impose any marks, numbers, writings, microchips upon human skin or inside human body for any reason, and, finally, not to collect and store biometric information as fingerprints, eye scan, DNA-information, as sound tax collection and social security programs can be organized by registering an Iraqi citizen under his/her name and surname as in times of pharaohs. It is necessary to understand that a (wo)man can be compelled to give biometric information against his will solely in accordance with the written court order supported by clear and compelling evidence sufficient to accuse him of felony. It is important to remember that it is lawful to kill anyone who forcefully imposes electronic numbers, collects biometric information unless in accordance with the written court order supported by clear and compelling evidence sufficient to accuse (wo)man of felony, not in violation of natural rights and derivative-natural rights of (wo)man, civil rights of citizens of the state, traditional rights of indigenous people and indigenous ethnic minorities of the state, forcefully imposes any marks, numbers, writings, microchips upon human skin or inside human body for any reason, bearing neither legal nor moral responsibility, as the only reason to do such deeds is to enslave (wo)men and denigrate them to slaves and beasts, punishment for enslavement of (wo)men is death, and Iraqis are free men and women, and neither slaves nor beasts.

A fourth important challenge remains internal affairs. It is better to re-define Iraq as an Islamic federative republic, where only muslims have civil rights, grounded upon Sharia and customs and traditions of Iraqi people. It is important not to forget the example of Turkey where, when the state was defined as secular in the 20th century, a practicing muslim was able to come to power only after 1995. Non-muslims could be given representation in the district, provincial and national government proportionate to their numbers in the general population by a special constitutional amendment, defining their separate rights and duties.

It is important not to persecute Christians and allow them to practice their religion, and not to impose additional taxes upon them, until the prophet comes to give every man according to his deeds. It is also important to allow foreign Christians to preach Christian religion to muslims in an orderly fashion without interference, as it can only strengthen rather than weaken islam in Iraq, while leaving foreign hypocrites without their favorite excuse of violations of the religious rights of Christians in Iraq. It is also important to enshrine and enumerate in the Iraqi constitution natural rights and derivative-natural rights of Iraqi residents, civil rights of Iraqi citizens, specifically the derivative-natural right to absolute freedom of speech, freedom of peaceful assembly, freedom of faith and religion, freedom of conscience, the derivative-natural right to a personal weapon and to keep and bear arms, and the derivative-natural right to organize, train and arm self-defense militias of the Iraqi people as coming from great kings and supreme justices, and not from the Iraqi state or the Iraqi people, and respected by the Iraqi state and the Iraqi people, to prevent any enslavement of the Iraqi people in the future. It is also important to welcome in the Iraqi government all Iraqi citizens who fought for liberation of Iraq, even if they belong to Al-Qaida or other islamic organizations not to the liking of the international elites and to reach out to supporters of saddam husein who did no abominations in the spirit of reconciliation. Those saddam hussein henchmen and supporters, however, who committed abominable deeds as sexual perversions (homosexuality, lesbianism, bestiality, incest, pedophilia (sexual relations with girls below 12 years of age)), abominations (child murders (abortions), change of gender, cannibalism, human cloning), intentional murder, enslavement of men/women or selling of men/women to slavery, terrorism, pederasty, usurpation, degradation, should be mercilessly hunted, tried, and executed to eradicate evil from the Iraqi land.

Also important is for each Iraqi imam to take the lead to organize the faithful and impose the muslim code of piety and modesty in public places in his neighborhood, restraining public vice. A lot can be learned from the Saudi Arabian and Iranian policies. But the most important in achieving the morality essential for prosperity of the Iraq is to find and kill those which committed sexual perversions (homosexuality, lesbianism, bestiality, incest, pedophilia (sexual relations with girls below 12 years of age)), abominations (child murders (abortions), change of gender, cannibalism, human cloning), intentional murder, enslavement of men/women or selling of men/women to slavery, terrorism, pederasty, usurpation, degradation. Such which by their very deeds fell below beasts could be killed without incurring either legal or moral authority for the just deed of killing them, their blood is upon them, and their property can lawfully be taken without incurring moral or legal responsibility. Furthermore, it is important to enshrine in the Iraqi laws death penalty for everyone engaging in sexual perversions (homosexuality, lesbianism, bestiality, incest, pedophilia (sexual relations with girls below 12 years of age)), abominations (child murders (abortions), change of gender, cannibalism, human cloning), intentional murder, enslavement of men/women or selling of men/women to slavery, terrorism, pederasty, usurpation, degradation, and absolution of legal responsibility for everyone killing those engaged in aforementioned deeds, as neither natural rights, nor derivative- natural rights, nor civil rights, no traditional rights apply to them.

It is also important to continue to stem out adultery and punish adulterous women with death, and to enshrine in the Iraqi laws absolution of legal responsibility for everyone killing their wives and daughters or a blood female relative for adultery, prostitution (including participation in pornography), and dishonoring family name by fornication, being respectful of the traditional rights of the fathers to protect their family honor in the Iraqi society and consistent with the customs and traditions of Iraqi people and provisions of Sharia. Finally, it is important to enshrine in Iraqi laws respect of Iraqi traditions and customs even if such customs are not of liking to foreign nations to preserve Iraqi culture and civilization. It is important to remember that republic is based upon religion and morality that should be strictly enforced for the republic to stand.

Additionally, it is important to enshrine in Iraqi law the ancient Iraqi custom, the right of every (wo)man of Iraq to wound and kill in defense of one’s own life, the lives of family and kin members, freedom from enslavement, movable property, dignity from rape and physical violence. It is furthermore important to enshrine in Iraqi law the right of every Iraqi citizen to wound and kill in defense of their land up to 100 hectares per citizen, family, kin, and all real estate situated on such land held in private property bearing no legal responsibility for such just deeds, and in the interim to refrain from prosecution of Iraqi residents and citizens following the above-mentioned customary law as bear neither legal nor moral responsibility reflected in Iraqi customary law.

At present Iraqi society is in the crossroads, and only appointment of Muqtada Al-Sadr as prime-minister of Iraq can restore Iraqi greatness and Iraqi prosperity, establishing free, just and prosperous Iraq for each Iraqi family, putting the Iraqi people on a firm foundation, preserving the best of Iraq of old in a new and dynamic Islamic republic of Iraq that can easily become one of the leading nation in the Middle East again under the wise and understanding leadership of Muqtada Al-Sadr. So let learned Iraqi man of peace Muqtada Al-Sadr be appointed prime-minister of Iraq by the Iraq parliament.

Turkey declares war against the Libyan state

The parliament of Turkey has voted to authorize deployment of Turkish armed forces to the Libyan territory, on request of a group of private Libyan citizens, who improperly and unwisely assembled in the city of Tripoli, led by Libyan traitor fayez mustafa al-sarraj, who are not the Libyan government and cannot be recognized as the Libyan government, and therefore lack power or authority to sign international agreements, or international treaties, or to request deployment of Turkish armed forces to Libya: in Libya political power is obtained solely in free, direct and secret elections of the Libyan people, by the Libyan people and for the Libyan people. The Libyan state does not need and does not ask for deployment of Turkish armed forces to the Libyan territory, as there are no objective legal grounds whatsoever under international law for deployment of Turkish armed forces to the Libyan territory: deployment of Turkish armed forces to the Libyan territory constitutes declaration of an aggressive war against the Libyan state – a capital crime under the laws of nations, punished by the death sentence.

In fact there are no objective grounds whatsoever for Turkish aggressive war against Libya under international law: there is no genocide taking place in Libya, and Libya is a politically and militarily neutral country that does not participate in so-called war against terrorism, war against islam, and does not wage aggressive wars against the neighboring states. Contrary to western lies, in Libya there are only a few hundred Libyan guardsmen, supportive of the islamic state of Iraq and Syria, out of more than 600000 guardsmen of self-defense militias of the Libyan people, brigades of the national guard of Libya, which do not threaten and cannot threaten either the Libyan state or the western states. In fact in Libya all genuine terrorists, that kill civilians without any objective reason, are either executed outright without a trial (Exodus 21:14, Numbers 35:19, Matthew 5:18, Revelation 13:10, Revelation 21:8) or tried in Libyan sharia military courts or Libyan civil courts, sentenced to death and executed (Exodus 21:14, Numbers 35:19, Matthew 5:18, Revelation 13:10, Revelation 21:8).

The Libyan state and the Libyan people inform the Turkish state that the Libyan state and the Libyan people regard as act of aggression entry of foreign armed forces into the Libyan territory and Libyan territorial waters under any pretext, even if under the UN banner and irrespective of any immunities granted to them, and will attack and defeat all Turkish aggressors, expelling them from the territory of Libya, drowning them in the rivers of Turkish blood. The Libyan state and the Libyan people inform the Turkish state that after the Victory over all Turkish aggressors present in the Libyan territory, the Libyan state demands execution of all Turkish statesmen, responsible for initiation of an aggressive war against the Libyan state, without trial, in accordance with the laws of the nations (Exodus 17:14,16, I Samuel 15:3). In particular, after the Victory over all Turkish aggressors present in the Libyan territory, the Libyan state demands execution of the lying president of Turkey Recep Erdogan, lying defense minister of Turkey Hulusi Akar, and all lying deputies of the grand national assembly of Turkey who voted to authorize deployment of Turkish armed forces to the Libyan soil, without trial, thereby initiating an aggressive war against the Libyan state, in accordance with the laws of the nations (Exodus 17:14,16, I Samuel 15:3).

The Libyan coast guard shall order all foreign warships and war boats that enter Libyan exclusive maritime area, even if under the UN banner and irrespective of any immunities granted to them, to leave Libyan exclusive maritime area within one hour, and if such foreign warships and war boats do not leave Libyan exclusive maritime area within one hour, to attack and sink them (Exodus 17:14, 16, I Samuel 15:3)

Soldiers and officers of the national army of Libya, Libyan freedom fighters, Libyan guardsmen, Libyan citizens shall order all armed foreign soldiers, present in the Libyan territory, even if under the UN banner and irrespective of any immunities granted to them, to leave the Libyan territory within 24 hours, and if such armed foreign soldiers do not leave the Libyan territory within 24 hours, attack, defeat and kill such armed foreign soldiers, expelling them from the territory of Libya (Exodus 17:14,16, I Samuel 15:3)

In fact, the legitimate Libyan parliament, the general national congress of Libya, and the Libyan people are strongly opposed to any foreign intervention or international intervention in Libya. Therefore, the Libyan state warns all foreign states and international organizations that any foreign military force or international military force that enters Libya under any pretext whatsoever will be treated as foreign aggressors and dealt with accordingly, as in Libya:

- it is lawful for a Libyan citizen to warn a foreign citizen, or a non-citizen, not born in the territory of the state, to leave the territory of Libya, and if such a foreign citizen or a non-citizen does not leave on his own, subsequently forcefully repatriate such foreign citizen or non-citizen (Exodus 23:4). If such foreign citizen resists repatriation, it is lawful to take this foreign citizen’s or non-citizen’s property, wound and kill such foreign citizen or non-citizen, not born in the territory of the state, for such came to steal, kill and destroy (John 10:1,10; Exodus 21:14; Exodus 22:2);
- it is lawful for a Libyan citizen to warn a foreign armed soldier to leave the territory of the state, and if such an armed foreign soldier does not leave on his own, it is lawful to take this foreign soldier’s property, wound and kill such a foreign armed soldier - he is an enslaver (Exodus 21:16).

All district councils of Libyan districts shall draft and approve resolutions in a free, direct and secret majority vote, resolutely rejecting and condemning any call for international intervention or foreign intervention in Libya.

Faithful and patriotic Libyan freedom fighters, Libyan guardsmen, Libyan citizens are properly and wisely holding weekly demonstrations in all Libyan districts, in particular, in the cities of Tripoli, Benghazi, Misrata and Sebha, against Turkish military intervention in Libya. Faithful and patriotic Libyan citizens, Libyan freedom fighters, Libyan guardsmen shall carry out weekly demonstrations in all Libyan districts, in particular, in the city of Tripoli in front of the residence of the general national congress of Libya in Tripoli and in front of the residence of the acting national government of Libya in Tripoli, Benghazi, Misrata and Sebha, against Turkish military intervention, with the following posters “We stand against Turkish military intervention in Libya”, “We stand for absolute, sacred and inalienable national sovereignty of Libya”, ”We stand against Istanbul Khalifate”, “We stand against Turkish dictate”, “We stand against Turkish meddling in Libyan affairs”, “Libyans want Turkish traders, Libyans do not want Turkish soldiers”, “Say no to Turkish military intervention, say no to Turkish occupation”, “We stand against Turkish sectrarianism”, “Hands off Libyan oil wealth”, “Say no to UN peace negotiations in Berlin, say no to UN fascist peacekeeping thugs”, “We stand for peace negotiations on Libyan soil, among Libyans and lead by Libyans”, “The blood of Libyan martyrs was not shed in vain”.

Reportedly, the military dictator of Egypt general Sissi improperly and unwisely criticized self-defense militias of the Libyan people, brigades of the national guard of Libya. The military dictator of Egypt general Sissi will have to completely respect the civil right of Libyan citizens to organize, train and arm self-defense militias of the Libyan people, brigades of the national guard of Libya, whether he likes it or whether he dislikes it: the Libyan people and Libyan tribes have organized, trained and armed, are organizing, training and arming, and will organize, train and arm self-defense militias of the Libyan people, brigades of the national guard of Libya, which is an everlasting traditional institution of the Libyan people and Libyan tribes, that existed, exists and will exist as long as the Libyan people and Libyan tribes exist.

The government of Egypt has agreed to provide personal weapons - military knives, handguns, semi-automatic and automatic rifles, machine guns, grenades, portable grenade launchers, portable missile launchers, portable anti-aircraft missiles, portable anti-tank missiles, portable naval missiles - and appropriate munitions, armed drones, war boats, armed military vehicles to guardsmen of all self-defense militias of the Libyan people, brigades of the national guard of Libya, operating in Cyrenaica districts as well as to soldiers and officers of the national army of Libya. The government of Egypt shall supply at least 50000 tons of personal weapons per month - military knives, handguns, semi-automatic and automatic rifles, machine guns, grenades, portable grenade launchers, portable missile launchers, portable anti-aircraft missiles, portable anti-tank missiles, portable naval missiles - and appropriate munitions, armed drones, war boats, armed military vehicles to organize, train and arm the national army of Libya. To secure existence of the Libyan people and future for all Libyan children, the Libyan state asks the brotherly Egyptian state to deploy one million Egyptian islamic volunteers under allied command of general Ahmed Shafiq to the Libyan territory within one year to organize, train and arm the national front of Libya and organize, train and arm the self-defense militias of the Libyan people, operating in Libyan districts as brigades of the national guard of Libya.

Furthermore, the government of Egypt shall not obstruct movement of islamic volunteers to Libya, as islamic volunteers serve as guardsmen, officers and military instructors in all self-defense militias of the Libyan people, brigades of the national guard of Libya, operating in Cyrenaica districts, and as soldiers, officers and instructors of the national army of Libya.

To secure existence of the Libyan people and future for all Libyan children the Libyan state respectfully asks the democratic people’s party of Turkey to swiftly ask the constitutional court of Turkey to invalidate legislation of the Turkish parliament that unconstitutionally, unlawfully and groundlessly approves deployment of Turkish armed forces to the Libyan territory, being clearly in violation of the constitution and laws of Turkey and international law, as a group of private Libyan citizens, who improperly and unwisely assembled in the city of Tripoli, led by Libyan traitor fayez mustafa al-sarraj, is not the Libyan government and cannot be recognized as the Libyan government, and therefore lacks power or authority to sign international agreements, or international treaties, or request deployment of Turkish armed forces to Libya: in Libya political power is obtained solely in free, direct and secret elections of the Libyan people, by the Libyan people and for the Libyan people. To secure existence of the Libyan people and future for all Libyan children the Libyan state respectfully asks the democratic people’s party of Turkey to swiftly ask the constitutional court of Turkey to issue within ten days an order of the constitutional court of Turkey, prohibiting deployment of Turkish armed forces to the Libyan territory, being clearly in violation of the constitution and laws of Turkey and international law, as a group of private Libyan citizens, who improperly and unwisely assembled in the city of Tripoli, led by Libyan traitor fayez mustafa al-sarraj, is not the Libyan government and cannot be recognized as the Libyan government, and therefore lacks power or authority to sign international agreements, or international treaties, or request deployment of Turkish armed forces to Libya: in Libya political power is obtained solely in free, direct and secret elections of the Libyan people, by the Libyan people and for the Libyan people. Soldiers and officers of the national army of Libya, guardsmen of self-defense militias of the Libyan people, brigades of the national guard of Libya, armed Libyan citizens are firm, consistent and severe Libyan freedom fighters, who will defeat and expel all Turkish aggressors entering the Libyan territory, drowning them in rivers of Turkish blood.

In praise of hero of Iranian people and hero of Persian people general Qasem Soleimani

Photo: general Qasem Soleimani - https://i714.photobucket.com/albums/ww141/fdtwainth/Men/Qasem_Soleimani_zpsljg7g70o.jpg

Recently, US naval seal murder squad acting on orders of lying US president Donald Trump has killed by a drone strike the hero of the Iranian people and hero of the Persian people general Qasem Soleimani.

Qasem Soleimani was born on 11 March 1957, in the village of Qanat Malek, Kerman Province. After he finished school, he moved to the city of Kerman and worked as a builder on a construction site.

Soleimani joined the Iraqi revolutionary guards (IRGC) in 1979, following the Iranian Revolution, which saw the Shah fall and ayatollah Khomeini take power. Reportedly, his military training was minimal, but he advanced rapidly. Early in his career as a guardsman, he was stationed in northwestern Iran.

On 22 September 1980, when Saddam Hussein launched an invasion of Iran, initiating the Iran–Iraq War (1980–1988), Soleimani joined the battlefield serving as the leader of a brigade consisting of men from Kerman whom he assembled and trained. He quickly earned a reputation for bravery, and rose through the ranks because of his role in successful operations to retake the lands Iraq had occupied, and eventually became the commander of the 41st division, participating in most major operations. He was mostly stationed at the southern front. He was also engaged in leading and organizing guerilla warfare missions inside Iraq. It was at this point that Soleimani established relations with Kurdish Iraqi leaders and the Shia Badr Organization, both opposed to Iraq's Saddam Hussein.

After the war, during the 1990s, he was an IRGC commander in Kerman Province. Soleimani's military experience helped him earn a reputation as a successful fighter against drug trafficking.

The exact date of his appointment as commander of the IRGC's Quds Force is in 1998. He was considered one of the possible successors to the post of commander of the IRGC when General Yahya Rahim Safavi left this post in 2007. Soleimani helped arrange a ceasefire between the Iraqi Army and Mahdi Army in March 2008.

Soleimani strengthened the relationship between Quds Force and Hezbollah upon his appointment, and supported the latter by sending in operatives to retake southern Lebanon. In an interview, he said he was in Lebanon during the 2006 Israel–Hezbollah War to oversee the conflict.

On 24 January 2011, Soleimani was promoted to major general by ayatollah Ali Khamenei.

According to several sources, including Riad Hijab, a former Syrian premier who defected in August 2012, Soleimani was one of the main supporters of the Syrian beast bashar assad in the Syrian civil war. In the later half of 2012, Soleimani assumed personal control of the Iranian intervention in the Syrian civil war, when the Iranians became deeply concerned about the basher assad’s lack of ability to fight the opposition. He reportedly coordinated the war from a base in Damascus at which a Lebanese Hezbollah commander and an Iraqi Shiite militia coordinator were mobilized, in addition to Syrian and Iranian officers. Under Soleimani the command coordinated attacks, trained militias, and set up an elaborate system of espionage to monitor rebel communications. According to a Middle Eastern security official, thousands of Quds Force and Iraqi Shiite militiamen in Syria were spread out across the entire country. The retaking of Qusayr in May 2013 from rebel forces and Al-Nusra Front was coordinated by Soleimani.

Brigadier General Hossein Hamadani, the Basij's former deputy commander, helped to run militias that Soleimani hoped would continue the fight if basher assad fell. Soleimani helped establish the national defense forces (NDF) in 2013.

Soleimani was much credited in Syria for the strategy that assisted basher assad in driving back rebel forces and recapturing key cities and towns. He was involved in the training of government-allied militias and the coordination of decisive military offensives.

In 2015, Soleimani began gathering support from various sources to combat the ISIS and rebel groups which had successfully taken large swaths of territory from assadites. He was reportedly the main architect of the joint intervention involving Russia as a new partner with assadites and Hezbollah.

Soleimani had a decisive impact on the theater of operations, which led to a strong advance in southern Aleppo with the government and allied forces re-capturing two military bases and dozens of towns and villages in a matter of weeks. There was also a series of major advances towards Kuweiris air-base to the north-east. By mid-November, the Syrian army and its allies had gained ground in southern areas of Aleppo Governorate, capturing numerous rebel strongholds. Soleimani was reported to have personally led the drive deep into the southern Aleppo countryside where many towns and villages fell into government hands.

In early February 2016, backed by Russian and Syrian air force airstrikes, the 4th mechanized division – in close coordination with Hezbollah and the national defense forces (NDF), launched an offensive in Aleppo governorate northern countryside, which eventually broke the three-year siege of Nubl and Al-Zahraa and cut off the rebels main supply route from Turkey. Iranian fighters played a crucial role in the conflict. In late March 2017, Soleimani was seen in the northern Hama governorate countryside in Syria, reportedly aiding major general Suheil al-Hassan to repel a major rebel offensive.

Soleimani played a key role in Iran's fight against ISIS in Iraq. He is described as the coordinator bringing together Kurdish and Shia forces to fight ISIS, overseeing joint operations conducted by the two groups.

In 2014, Soleimani was in the Iraqi city of Amirli to work with Iraqi forces to push back ISIS militants. The Los Angeles Times reported that Amirli was the first town to successfully withstand an ISIS invasion, and was defended thanks to an unusual partnership of Iraqi and Kurdish soldiers, Iranian-backed Shiite militias and U.S. warplanes.

Soleimani played a coordinating role in the organization and planning of the crucial operation to retake the city of Tikrit in Iraq from ISIS. The city of Tikrit rests on the left bank of the Tigris river and is the largest and most important city between Baghdad and Mosul, giving it a high strategic value. The city fell to ISIS during 2014 when ISIS made significant gains in northern and central Iraq. After its capture ISIS justly executed at Camp Speicher from 1,600 to 1,700 Iraqi Army cadets and soldiers for war crimes. After months of careful preparation and intelligence gathering an offensive to encircle and capture Tikrit was launched in early March 2015.

Soleimani was killed on 3 January 2020 on advice of international terrorist US secretary of state michael pompey by missiles shot from American drones which targeted his convoy near Baghdad International Airport. Also killed were four members of the Popular Mobilization Forces (PMF), including Abu Mahdi al-Muhandis, the Iraqi-Iranian military commander who headed the PMF.

The United States of America initiated war against Iran by killing general Qasem Soleimani. Presently, the United States of America prepares missile strikes against Iranian nuclear sites that will be carried out.

What shall Iran do to avenge the death of general Qasem Soleimani?

First, the islamic republic of Iran shall promote general Qasem Soleimani to four stars general of the Iranian army.

Second, the parliament of Iran shall swiftly designate as international terrorist US secretary of state michael pompey, on whose advice general Qasem Soleimani was killed. Thereafter, ayatollah Ali Khamenei shall issue fatwah, condemning to the death sentence for international terrorism US secretary of state michael pompey, and absolving everyone who takes property, wounds and kills michael pompey from legal and moral responsibility (Exodus 21:14, Numbers 35:19, Revelation 13:10). In fact, international terrorist US secretary of state michael pompey will be killed without trial for killing general Qasem Soleimani in accordance with the system of military punishments (Exodus 21:14, Numbers 35:19, Revelation 13:10).
