Is this just coincidence?

The Russians are back, doing the same things they did in the 2016 election. And they are using the exact same "signature" without trying at all to hide their ID. They're not just willing to have us know it is them doing the same things. It appears they WANT us to know it's them again. It's their way of saying "we're in control here and you're not" as they hack into our election. It's a big, arrogant F-U.

And it's the same attitude as Moscow Mitch is taking with the Senate impeachment hearings. He announced with pride that there will be no daylight between Trump's legal team and the Senate's proceedings. They will be cooperating in lock-step. He knows there's an oath. He knows he has no intention of honoring his oath. And he's happy to tell us he will be breaking the law and the Constitution on this. It's a big, arrogant F-U.

They never left Kode! What I find really interesting is, how can they be so sure Biden will be the nominee? Seems like a lot of nothing if he isn't....Perhaps they just change the names & email addresses to suit? We'll see heh....

It is all partisan just like the House is all partisan. This is some surprise to you after the joke proceedings in the House?

I't not coincidence. It's Putin's revenge. He never forgot that US citizens in 2004 elected a man for president who'd flatly declared that either you're with us or you're with the terrorists. Putin then got pissed when "with us or ag'in us" GW announced the US would deploy ABMs in Poland with radar installations in Czechoslovakia.

Putin compared ABMs in Poland to the Cuban Missile Crisis. He threatened Poland, Czechoslovakia, and Ukraine. GW pledged to quickly come to Poland's aid.

Then, Medvedev became Russia's president and Obama became ours, and the chicken shit Obama declared a "reset" in US-Russian relations. They jointly called for an end to Iran's nuclear program.

Obama had the nerve to say, "America wants a strong, peaceful and prosperous Russia. This belief is rooted in our respect for the Russian people, and a shared history between our nations that goes beyond competition. "Boo, hiss, said the Republicans.

The New START nuclear arms reduction treaty was signed in 2010. But oops, Biden in a meeting with Russian opposition and human rights leaders suggested that it might be better if Putin didn't run for president in 2012. And by December 2011, prime minister Putin accused Hillary of stoking the election protests in Russia, protests that would last until 2013. Bad Hillary.

Anyway, Putin was reelected in 2012, and he and Obama in 2013 struck a deal to remove Syria's chemical weapons, but the Rs wanted some military action against Syria, so again, boo, hiss.

Tensions ratcheted up, Russia talking of nuclear war, Obama and the Magnitsky Act, Russia openly violated the Intermediate-Range Nuclear Forces (INF) Treaty, then Snowden, then Crimea, then Ukraine with the Russians and the Rs declaring the ouster of Yanukovych a coup, then Russia expelled from the G-8, US imposes sanctions on Russia, Putin calls Obama chicken shit, the Rs agree.

Then in 2015, Russia moves into the Syrian Civil War supporting Assad, Obama rules out cooperating with Putin in Syria, the Syrian War becomes a proxy war between the US and Russia. A couple of peace talks were convened. Russia invited Iran to the table. The US unilaterally dropped out of the process in October 2016.

Then, Russia meddled in the 2016 election, and Trump was elected. Trump lathered effusive praise upon Vlad, and now the Russkis look set to do what they can to have a Trump in the WH from Inauguration Day 2021 till Inauguration Day 2025, or hopefully, longer ... (cough, cough)

I wasn't clear enough. Sorry. I meant "is the similarity between Putin's big 'arrogant F-U' and Moscow Mitch's big 'arrogant F-U' a coincidence?""

Exactly. AND that was my question: Why are they so sure the candidate will be Biden? A year and a half before the election? Months before the convention? The primaries?
It makes no sense. AND the GOP is still wet dreaming about calling the Bidens to testify? As if they have ANYTHING to do with Trump's "favor".

OH WHOAAA! There's a big difference between being partisan and obstructing witnesses and documents. There's a big difference between standing firm with your party and working in-step with the WH attorneys. There's a big difference between party loyalty and childish name-calling, tweeting, photo-shopped memes, and lies.

I fully expect party members (on both sides) to support their party politics and members. What I do NOT and will NOT accept throwing out ALL RULES of conduct concerning our justice system. AND neither should you.
The GOP leaders have LOUDLY proclaimed they will make a mockery of the Senate trial. They've made no secret of it. That is unacceptable.
