Had you told me two years ago that when trump canned sessions it would be leftists who flipped their shit i would have called you crazy.
Do you appreciate the reason why leftists are angry?
Of course not. Either you don't want to or you can't.

Trump waited until after the midterms to do this. Immediately after. That alone should tell you something...
Trump knew that if he pulled this obvious move before the midterms it could sour some people on voting Republican. Trump's intention is clearly to get rid of Sessions, who wouldn't do what Trump wanted against Mueller, and put somebody in Sessions place who would act against Mueller.

Trump picked a guy who had already been talking openly about such plans...

Matthew Whitaker has been appointed acting attorney General after Jeff Sessions resigned Wednesday at President Trump’s request. And suddenly, Whitaker’s past skepticism about the Russia investigation has taken on new significance.
....
“So I could see a scenario where Jeff Sessions is replaced with a recess appointment,” Whitaker said, “and that attorney general doesn’t fire Bob Mueller, but he just reduces his budget to so low that his investigation grinds to almost a halt.”
It was the second time in the same interview, in fact, that Whitaker brought up the defunding idea. He said Rosenstein could also be pressured to do it.
Trump’s new acting attorney general once mused about defunding Robert Mueller

THAT is why we're angry.

Gawd you are out of touch with anything real.
Donald Trump Jr. Expecting to Be Indicted by Mueller Soon

Furthermore, if what you say were true, then why would Trump fire Sessions now and hire the guy who has openly stated how he would deal with Mueller?
Seriously. You throw out these dumb "false flag" comments when they bust Sayoc dead to rights...
... but on this you can't put two and two together?

But, lil jeff...
Yet again you resort to mockery to pretend you have an argument.

Shades of "The Saturday Night Massacre".....didn't go so well for Nixon back in 73! His high poll numbers tanked and historians have considered it the beginning of the end for Richard Nixon's presidency ever since.

In the campaign season, Trump promised: "Donald J. Trump is calling for a total and complete shutdown of Muslims entering the United States until our country's representatives can figure out what is going on"
Instead of doing precisely that, Trump instituted the ban on seven countries which had absolutely nothing to do with 9/11. He watered his action down to try and make it more legal.

I suspect Trump won't go "The Saturday Night Massacre" approach, but he'll pick something more subtle. It may not even be what Whitaker explicitly said, but he purposefully chose the guy who thinks along those lines...

There must be something...or a lot of things that Trump is hiding or trying to hide! My objections to Mueller and Russiagate have been:
1. Mueller shouldn't have been allowed to serve in any official capacity after his perjured testimony before Congress back in 02 or 03, when he claimed to have seen evidence that Saddam had Weapons of Mass Destruction...and played his small/but essential role in the rush to War that left Iraq a permanent quagmire and killed as many as one million Iraqis, AND 2. Russiagate started out as a conspiracy theory created out of whole cloth by the HillaryDems and the DNC to look tough while throwing the scent of Democratic Party failure off of themselves and onto a foreign enemy.
But, if Trump is this desperate to shut down Mueller now, he must be fearing that some of his obvious, long-rumored skeletons are about to come falling out of the closet! I have a hunch that what he fears most are scandals that will cost him money, and NOT ones that would disrupt his stay in the White House....but that's just my opinion.

I would have thought that Rosenstein would become acting AG. The Chief of Staff isn’t in the chain of command.
Ahhhh, Saturday Night Massacre come to mind?
Trump has one requirement for the new AG, pull the trigger on Mueller....
Except when that happens, Mueller goes on Adam Schiff's committee payroll, and becomes Committee Counsel and continues the investigation from there, elections do have consequences...
