You do realize, don't you, that identifying with the 'other' gender has no effect on your reproductive organs, don't you? :wacko:
Of course; that's the premise or assertion or position that I take by default. It's what makes more sense to me, personally.

Then why ask such a ridiculous question?
It's not necessarily a ridiculous question to everyone (as was insinuated), particularly to some of those who both speak of "a woman's right to choose" and are proponents of the concept of gender identity.

Then the rhetoric ought to be changed from "a woman's right to choose" to "a human being's right to choose", or something like that. If I'm wrong, explain why.
It would have to be "A Carrier's Right to Choose" because the law would not apply unless that person was currently carrying an embryo or fetus.
