In an amazing move, the Ukrainian Central Election Commission allowed the neo-Nazi organisation “National Squads” to be observers during the presidential elections of March 2019.
During a meeting on 11 January, the Central Election Commission of Ukraine gave permission to have official election observers to the public organizations Public Watch Council, National Squads, Zaporozhye Crisis Media Centre and the All-Ukrainian public organization Committee of Voters of Ukraine. Thus, already 17 public organizations can observe the presidential elections in Ukraine on 31 March 2019.
If it is understandable to give observers’ accreditation to organisations like the Public Watch Council, or Zaporozhye Crisis Media Centre, it is less understandable to allow a neo-Nazi organisation like National Squads to act as observers during these elections !
Recall that this organisation was founded by the former head of the Azov regiment, Igor Mikhaylenko, and former members of this regiment, which is under the control of Andrey Biletsky, often described as « the white führer » !
Thus it is clearly a neo-Nazi structure, like the Azov regiment itself. These squads were allegedly created to help the Ukrainian police to maintain order in the streets, but in reality, they are the Ukrainian modern equivalent of the German Nazi SA.
Not only Ukrainian human rights activists sounded the alarm, even the Head of the UN Monitoring Mission about Human Rights in Ukraine, Fiona Frazer, expressed concerns in an interview for ZN.UA about the threat that Ukrainian neo-Nazi groups (C14, Right Sector, Svoboda, and National Squads) are posing to the freedom of speech in the country.
And if you need one more proof of their neo-Nazi ideology, they participated on 1st January 2019, to a march in memory of Stepan Bandera, collaborator of the Nazis during the Second World War !
And this organisation, which is celebrating a Nazi collaborator, and spread neo-Nazi ideology, will be authorised as observers during the Ukrainian presidential election, while Russian monitors have been refused illegally (as Russia is a member of OSCE like Ukraine, the country should be able to send observers) !
First, the Ukrainian CEC closed all the polling stations in Russia, to avoid several millions of Ukrainians living there to give their vote to less russophobic politicians than the current ones. Then they blocked access to Russian observers, even members of the OSCE !
Now they authorised a neo-Nazi structure to “observe” these elections, which mean in reality, they will allow them to influence the vote, threat people who will go to the polling stations, etc.
The Ukrainian presidential elections have turned into a vast fraud, and huge violations of all the human and Ukrainian citizens rights. Ukraine has turned into a neo-Nazi dictatorship, and Western curators turn a blind eye on it.

I have sympathy for Ukraine, being bullied by the russians in such manner. BTW if you google "Ukraine National Squads", all you see is news about their soccer team. Is their soccer team beating russians? That would be unacceptable.

Ukraine's chance to break cleanly from its Soviet past and become a member of the EU - for better or worse, RTL - were possibly dashed forever when Comrade Dictator-for-life Putin and his rotten Oligarchs invaded Ukraine. This:

Please, share some of the neo-nazi horrors you're experiencing.

Good. The National Corps and the Azov Battalion are Ukraine's last hope against both the EU and the Russians.

Glory to Ukraine! Glory to the heroes!

Aha, this may have been what the OP was driving at:

Ukraine’s Exclusion of Russian Election Observers Unprecedented,
But Not a Violation of International Law
On February 5, Ukraine’s President Petro Poroshenko said he would order the country’s border guards not to allow Russian election observers into Ukraine to monitor its presidential and parliamentary elections in 2019. Ukrainian Foreign Minister Pavlo Klimkin later explained why his country is so opposed to Russian participation in the election monitoring mission:
Ukraine faces an uncomfortable situation with its upcoming presidential election, set for March 31, and parliamentary elections, set for later this year. It is de facto at war with Russia, which annexed the Crimean peninsula in 2014 and controlspart of Ukraine’s Donbas. On the other hand, two of the members of the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe's (OSCE) Office for Democratic Institutions and Human Rights (ODIHR) election monitoring mission are citizens of Russia, which raised suspicion among many Ukrainians due to Russia’s ongoing information campaign against Kyiv.
On February 7, the Verkhovna Rada, Ukraine’s parliament, passed a draft law banning Russian citizens from serving as election observers for presidential and parliamentary elections. This drew criticism from Russia.
Several days before the Rada approved the draft law, Russian State Duma Speaker Vyacheslav Volodin was quoted as saying that Ukraine’s decision to exclude Russian elections observers violated international law. In fact, it does not violate international law, which does not require countries have any election monitoring at all.
