almost as bad as trump, huh?

No, actually Obama was the worst president for violating the US Constitution in modern history.-1

20 times he lost in the USSC due to his unconstitutional actions where all 9 justices ruled against him, that does count the cases where the rulings were split 8-1, 7-2, 6-3 or 5-4 rulings against.

Couple things:
1. Yea, that's bad. DOJ shouldn't be doing this
2. This was her testimony to the Senate Judiciary committee when it was controlled by the GOP. In other words, this happened several months ago. If it's as explosive a story as the right is making it out to be, why wasn't it released when first found? Is it possible/probable the GOP has been holding onto it until it's most advantageous? You betcha
3.Here's another direct quote from her testimony:
That twit isn't a direct quote.

Wow! Pretty exciting, boys. Something for the Wingers to chat about. We KNOW HOW much you love driving a stake through Obama's heart and when you can bad-mouth BOTH Barack and Hillary--WOOHOOOO! Banner day!
Have fun! ;)

The most incriminating thing is "redacted" , you know what that means...
