You prefer a conservative drone do ya?

lol
Name one conservative drone. How about Judge Roberts who allowed Obamacare through?

You see, all the liberal justices are drones, but the ones appointed by Republicans you are never really sure about cuz they don't vote according to the GOP handbook like the liberal judges do the DNC handbook. In fact, liberal judges need not even show up to vote because it is a forgone conclusion what their votes will be.

Liberals only care about power, not law and order, and certainly not the Constitution.

The goal of the Leftist is to destroy a free market and all wealth that is not directly controlled by the government.

That is about it.

McConnell doesn’t give a fig about the Senate, or about democracy. He cares only about winning. On the eve of the 2010 midterm elections he famously declared that his top priority was for Barack Obama “to be a one-term president”.
Between 2009 and 2013, McConnell’s Senate Republicans blocked 79 Obama nominees. In the entire history of the United States until that point, only 68 presidential nominees had been blocked.

McConnell’s long game is destroying what was once known as the world’s greatest deliberative body
This unprecedented use of the filibuster finally led Senate Democrats in 2013 to change the rules on some presidential nominees (but not the supreme court), to require simple majorities.

In response, McConnell fumed that “breaking the rules to change the rules is un-American”. If so, McConnell is about as un-American as they come. Once back in control of the Senate he buried Obama’s nomination of Merrick Garland for the supreme court by refusing even to hold hearings.

Given the realty of the times we live in now. I wonder how many Trump supporters understand it will be their children and grandchildren that will be paying for it then.
While I'm not a fan of Mitch McConell, the first thing I saw wrong with your post is that you mistook America for a democracy. It is not - at least not by constitutional definition. So, if McConnell prevented the community organizer from wrecking the United States, I can live with that. Obama was no friend of the Republic.

Sure, the Dims can just add as many to the Supreme Court as they wish till they have enough liberal drones as they need to make whatever they want Constitutional. Your idol FDR tried to do the same.

And they say the GOP is trying to destroy the American government?

LOL.
I was just pointing out that the GOP has been playing hardball with the rules, especially under McConnell.
GOP Hegemony (control of the House, Senate and White House) is a rare occurrence, and the demographics make it more difficult, with the strongest GOP vote coming from the oldest voters, and young voters being added at a rate of two new Democrats for each new Republican. Selections which more often than not predict lifetime voting behavior.

In 6 of the last 7 presidential elections, More people have voted Democratic than Republican, more people have voted for Democratic House candidates, more people have voted for Democratic Senate candidates. Only a system that counts votes from different parts of the country differently has allowed the GOP to hold political power.

And the GOP has changed the rules to maximize that power.
But those are the new rules that the coming Democratic majorities will use to move the Liberal agenda forward in a way that hasn't been used by Democrats before.
ObamaCare took 60 senate votes, Medicare for all will take 51. Boosting the estate tax, adding new tax brackets for billionaires will pass easily.
Infrastructure spending will take place on a scale not seen before, and Supreme Court can be rejiggered with 51 senate votes.

McConnell has transformed the Senate.

Supreme Court Judges move to Washington DC and live there, and are part of the social scene there.
The best parties in Washington have always been hosted by Democrats, and loaded with Liberal guests.
Supreme Court Justices get invited to these parties, they socialize with the guests, they enjoy themselves, this is a big change from the Kansas City Republican Club Socials.
Instead of everyone talking about how great tax cuts are, people are talking about the great issues facing America, and these people are the Justices new friends.
So Supreme Court Justices, for the most part, shift to the left over time.
Classic case, Earl Warren, the guy who called for interring Japanese, was seen as a choice who would put the brakes on the Civil Rights Movement, and liberal court impulses.
Instead he lead the court through historic decisions (all the while being called a traitor by the Right, who called for his impeachment).

This will be true as long as Democrats are more likable than Republicans....

I see, so the Constitution be damned.

All that matters is who throws the best parties.

Got it.

So you are pissed that the GOP may decide to play hard ball for a change, meanwhile, the DNC always plays hard ball.

Cry me a river.

As for the Left wing agenda, we all know what it is, destroy the free market, force everyone to have the same health care as the VA, and destroy all wealth outside of government so no upstarts like Trump can ruin the elitist party.

You are an open book.

It wasn't the Democrats that changed the House schedule to keep members from socializing with their colleagues.
It wasn't Democrats that used the filibuster to block more Obama nominations than all previous blocked nominations combined.
It wasn't the Democrats who refused to hold a vote for a year on a Supreme Court Nominee.
It wasn't the Democrats that dropped the 60 vote threshold for a Supreme Court nominee.

But you better believe, there is some serious Democratic Hardball coming.

Your party has an agenda and Republicans have an agenda. McConnell is no more destroying the Senate and government than Harry Reid was. What an idiotic post.
