Here's what we know about the mysterious legal fight linked to Mueller

For those who have not followed this story, the justice department (most likely the Mueller team) has issued a grand jury subpoena to a company owned by a foreign country. That company has refused to obey the subpoena, arguing immunity under the Foreign Sovereign Immunities Act. A lower court ruled they had to obey the subpoena, and the case is potentially going to the Supreme Court.

Preliminary arguments will be made Monday and the Supreme Court could rule that the FULL case will go before the court. Or, they could refuse to hear the case, which means the lower court ruling applies.

This would potentially be the first time a Mueller case heads to the Supreme Court.

Stay tuned.

Mueller is following the money. Better believe that foreign company is a bank.
We don't know what nation is making the argument, we don't know what the company is, and we don't even know this is coming from the Mueller team.

But a lot of the unknowns will become known on Monday
