People should not be afraid of the government - government should be afraid of the People

Or how about registered 'people' should not have to be afraid of their Government but rather respect and honor their Government just as Government should not have to fear the registered 'people' but rather respect and honor the 'registered 'people'?

But what if there is a 'non registered' Government or/and what if there is a 'non registered' 'person/people'?


Should registered Government be afraid of those who left their Country to be as 'non registered' residents in another registered Government Country?

What are registered Governments' policies and rules on 'living abroad'?
