Any states that want paper ballots can make the switch on their own. They don't need the federal government mandating it without paying for it. That is the "election security" being blocked by McConnell.

That they were right all along. Russians WERE in fact meddling w/ elections they just were wrong on some very specific details like who these Russians are.

One insignificant aspect of election interference is all you have so that's what you have to zero in on and ignore all the rest. It works for deplorables but not for thinking people.
