Odds are now almost 100% that Trump will veto and it goes to court.

Trump has talked himself totally into the corner here without an escape.

Well it’s going to court one way or the other. His pending veto just means it goes back to the house and senate for a revote, where it won’t achieve the 2/3 majority. The court filings are completely separate.

Bipartisan, eh?? Well, ain't that a kick in the pants? Don't tell me that SOME of the PEOPLE SOME of the time are actually thinking for themselves. 12 Republican voted against the President on the Senate side.
Now that's inspiring.
AND this is how a movement begins. Not with a bang, but with a "ding ding ding". Pay attention folks.

The court must follow the law and admit the president was given that authority by Congress

The majority of Americans do not want the wall and they do not want a rogue president. If Trump had engaged more consistently with senators and made a relatively modest agreement to change the National Emergencies Act the 12 senators would probably have sided with the president.
Maybe you recall.....2 years--for 2 years Trump had this country in the palm of his hand--the senate, the house, and the power/money/votes to pass anything he wanted. Nothing was done and suddenly there's an emergency in 2019? NO. Americans aren't buying it and they've had enough of Trump's monarchy.
