YOU list South Dakota as your location. I asked you nothing you did not volunteer.
I am so sick of this kind of crap.
Remove your location then. Don't be a jerk.

Unfeakin believable.
What kind of crap are you sick of?
Yu did ask things that I didn' volunteer.
Many people here don't list any place of origin. That's your privilege.
South Dakota is where I vote, pay all legally required taxes, etc.
What's you problem? I don't have a problem.

then why didn't you just say that ?

I list TRump World. I am a New Yorker. I just gave up a second residence in Raleigh NC.
The on;y reason I asked is because I have never heard of anyone being from South Dakota. It's like a different planet to a civilized man.

That's odd. I found the people in upstate NY to be very much like me. The company I worked 38 yrs for was based there. Used to tease them about bein dominated by Libs and quickly learned that those were fightin' words! People really aren't that much different from place to place but they seem to require an identity. I've had a very broad base of experience with people from many areas of the country, mostly west of the Mississippi with forays into the south. I've lived for short periods of time in several states.

The people in western NY have nothing in common with the Hudson Valley, NYC or Long Island. I am not surprised at all that someone from SOUTH DAKOTA would feel at home up there. I couldn't live up there.

They are the Midwest for all intent and purposes. I recall when my youngest was on an athletic visit to Buffalo. She came home pretty surprised by the cultural differences. Now mind you, she had traveled extensively with her sport. She commented that she had more in common with the folks in Brazil than up there!

That's a good reason to travel around, interact with and get to know the people they claim they have nothing in common with. We all live in the same country but you wouldn't know it sometimes.

And this is by unintended design. We have 50 set of laws in one country! How the hell could different cultures not rise?

Agreed more Americans need to get around. Also they need to go outside the country for extended periods, not just a trip to Cozumel or Mazatlan.

I've traveled extensively, literally, all my life. Agreed we all live in the same country, but people all over the world are 99.5% genetically alike. Our differences are primarily cultural and most of those cultures, while different, are fine. There are differences of varying levels of development. The US and First World nations are a hundred years ahead of many Third World nations, but that doesn't mean those Third World nations are less-than-human or unworthy.

ROFL. Duuuuude! If you were right then you just proved why Socialism will never work. As it is, you are wrong. We have lots of things in common. Heck, as previously posted, even Trump has lots in common with some poor working stiff in Mexico....but more in common with a Cartel leader. ;)

Come on man, you know what I meant. Don't became one of "those."

There are many cultural differences right from how they dress to what they do with their leisure activity.
