Article 1 Section 2

"The House of Representatives shall be composed of Members chosen every second Year by the People of the several States, and the Electors in each State shall have the Qualifications requisite for Electors of the most numerous Branch of the State Legislature.

No Person shall be a Representative who shall not have attained to the Age of twenty five Years, and been seven Years a Citizen of the United States, and who shall not, when elected, be an Inhabitant of that State in which he shall be chosen."

--

In other words, no Person, regardless of 'royal status' or not, shall be an inhabitant of the State in which he is chosen for. Or to put it in the other words... There will be no Representative, who is an inhabitant of the State of which he is elected for, when and if chosen to represent the State.

Article 1 Section 3

"No person shall be a Senator who shall not have attained to the Age of thirty Years, and been nine Years a Citizen of the United States, and who shall not, when elected, be an Inhabitant of that State for which he shall be chosen."

The same applies to Senators...

So... is this supposed to be 'funny' that each State has broken both of these requirements for their Senate and House?

Where is the 'amendment' or 'amending' to/of these requirements?

Dear....

We have performed the initial surgery but unfortunately the pellets are still lodged in the posterior segment of your eyes. The injury may have been worsened as we were stopped by the Police at the hospital to operate immediately. They often arrest protestors from hospitals denying them medical assistance.

An entire generation is being quietly blinded and maimed. We have seen hundreds of these cases in the last five years and it is continuining without any hitch. I hope you get well soon and are able to stop these atrocities.

.......

SMHS Ophthalmology Ward.

Pellets.

What did this patient do to deserve 'pellet' shots to his eyes?

Although the federal government does not normally regulate air guns, some state and local governments do; the Law Center to Prevent Gun Violence has compiled a list of states and selected municipalities that regulate air guns, finding that 23 states and the District of Columbia regulate air guns to some degree.[34] Two states (New Jersey and Rhode Island) define all non-powder guns as firearms; one state (Illinois) defines certain high-power and/or large calibre non-powder guns as firearms; three states (Connecticut, Delaware and North Dakota) define non-powder guns as dangerous weapons (but not firearms).[34] The remaining states which regulate air guns impose age restrictions on possession, use, or transfer of non-powder guns, and/or explicitly regulate possession of non-powder guns on school grounds.[34]

New York City has a restrictive municipal ordinance regulating air guns.[34] Air guns were previously banned in San Francisco, but a state preemption statute struck down the ban, and the San Francisco District Attorney declared them legal as long as they are in compliance with state law.[35]

New York state law prohibits anyone under the age of 16 from possessing an air gun.[citation needed]

Along with state laws, local county laws or ordinances may be relevant to users of air guns. Generally, state laws do not mention air gun laws, but local counties do

Using words and commenting on .... Saying things such as Haiti, El Salvador, Africa (?) are as 'shit holes'....

Africa has many many Countries....

Besides, when questioned, all of the members in that DACA meeting did not remember or said they did not remember President Trump using those words about those Countries. Although 1 did and is the one that brought it to light. Upon Mr. Trump being asked about those 'comments' he said that no such comments were made by himself. When the others in that meeting were requestioned, they stated that there was a lot of 'swearing' in that meeting but none could 'remember' that those 'shithole' comments were made about those Countries. And so you have Mr. Trump, 2 others in that meeting that has sworn under oath that they did not remember those words used and that they did not remember or recall those 'comments' being made, which makes 3 separate persons saying, Nay, to 1 person, Mr. Durbin's, 'Yea'. 3 and 1. Which is in more credible probability?

Deuteronomy 19:15 "One witness shall not rise up against a man for any iniquity, or for any sin, in any sin that he sinneth: at the mouth of two witnesses, or at the mouth of three witnesses, shall the matter be established."

How is the 'established' part carried out??

Deuteronomy 13:12-14 "If thou shalt hear say in one of thy cities, which the LORD thy God hath given thee to dwell there, saying, 13Certain men, the children of Belial, are gone out from among you, and have withdrawn the inhabitants of their city, saying, Let us go and serve other gods, which ye have not known; 14Then shalt thou inquire, and make search, and ask diligently; and, behold, if it be truth, and the thing certain, that such abomination is wrought among you;"

Deuteronomy 13:17 "And there shall cleave nought of the cursed thing to thine hand: that the LORD may turn from the fierceness of his anger, and shew thee mercy, and have compassion upon thee, and multiply thee, as he hath sworn unto thy fathers;"

I went to a trip to San Francisco. I was sitting near the Embarcadero Center. I saw a person come up to another person from behind and shoot some pellets into the back of the person's neck. The person cried out, his friend looked aghast and he was taken to the hospital. As i sat there watching this, I wondered why noone seemed to care about the incident more than they were about keeping The Embarcadero Center in a 'prestigious' kind of 'mannerism'...

There is this thing called 'no snitching'. What could result as a result of 'snitching' could be retaliation to 'self'. But stop. Wait. Isn't San Francisco only so large? isn't S.F only 7 miles by 7 miles or near that land area? Are you trying to tell me that the residents in a 7 mile by 7 mile area are so distant from one another that they might 'fear' any kind of negative retaliation in their area(s)?

Although S.F is a Commercial city, it is also home, as in native, to many San Franciscaners.

It is not a rare incident to find a person who is 3rd, 4th or even older 'generational' San Franciscaners.

The scary part would be seeing 'other' S.Franciscaners claim to be a San Franciscaners but just sit there, do nothing and watch another Community member receive absolutely no concern of having pellets being shot at him from 'behind'.

That is scary. What kind of 'new' neighbors might these be?

Now what about Mr. Durbin and Mr. Trump and the really sensitive and provoking statements/comment(s) about El Salvador and Haiti and Africa being 'shit holes'?

'Trump haters' and 'Durbin lovers'.

'Durbin haters and Trump lovers'

Well, regardless.

Mr. Durbin was born in East St. Louis, Illinois, to an Irish-American father, William Durbin, and a Lithuanian-born mother, Anna (née Kutkin; Lithuanian: Ona Kutkaitė)

and....

Mr. Trump's ancestors originated from the German village of Kallstadt in the Palatinate on his father's side, and from the Outer Hebrides in Scotland on his mother's side. All of his grandparents and his mother were born in Europe.[25]

Trump's paternal grandfather, Frederick Trump, first immigrated to the United States in 1885 at the age of 16 and became a citizen in 1892.[26] He amassed a fortune operating boomtown restaurants and boarding houses in the Seattle area and the Klondike region of Canada during its gold rush.[26] On a visit to Kallstadt, he met Elisabeth Christ and married her in 1902. The couple permanently settled in New York in 1905.[27] Frederick died from influenza during the 1918 pandemic

What is the difference between calling the Police and calling an ambulance? When should a person call the Police and when should a person call an Ambulance?

I went to a trip to San Francisco. I was sitting near the Embarcadero Center. I saw a person come up to another person from behind and shoot some pellets into the back of the person's neck. The person cried out, his friend looked aghast and he was taken to the hospital.

Call the Police or call an Ambulance?

Are both 911 calls?

If you were watching the person get shot with pellets and you called 911, would you ask for Emergency/Non Emergency; Police, Fire or Ambulance?

Or is S.F just getting too non neighborly and much too excessive in 'play' monies and 'play' lives?

I make monies out of dough, a person said and I work for the doh.
Oh, so you must be part of playdoh. Nice, the other replied.
