Friday’s agreement with Mexico states that the two countries “will immediately expand” the Migrant Protection Protocols across the entire southern border. To date, migrants have been returned at only three of the busiest ports of entry.

But officials familiar with the program said Saturday that the arrangement struck by the two countries last December always envisioned that it would expand along the entire border. What kept that from happening, they said, was the commitment of resources by both countries.
AND who sealed the "secret" deals in December and March? Kirstjen Nielsen, then the secretary of homeland security, and Olga Sanchez, the Mexican secretary of the interior, in Miami.
So is this a done deal? Perhaps the clearest indication that both sides recognize that the deal might prove insufficient is contained in a section of Friday’s agreement titled “Further Action.”
What have we learned, Kids?
DON'T ever trust Trump.

It's the ol' create a crisis, fix the crisis you created, and expect to be called a hero!!

It's not just Trump who does this; it's a preferred tactic of governments in general.

Sure they did, more than once. Then didn't actually do anything. Now there are teeth in the failure to perform.

and this time it is differant?

LOL

You intellectually know TRump is a complete and total liar. You have seen him fail time after time while claiming victory.

When will you put aside your emotions and say what you know to be truth?

As I read somewhere, Trump likes to play arsonist and firefighter. Yep.
That was actually how Crassus, the richest man in Rome made some of his money,

He started a private firefighting company. May or may not have committed arson, but his people were quite timely to get there to take bids on which fire or any fire to be to put out first..........IF. Of course those were rich folk's homes, and he relied on some folks getting antsy and offer to pay to put out a neighbor's fire if he was too cheap to do so.
