Hypothetical
Go to the races and they have two horses in a race:
# Hillary is expected to win with probability 71.4%
# Trump is expected to win with probability 28.6%

Question: Are they saying that Trump will not win?
Obvious answer is "No. Of course they are not saying that."

But that's exactly the crap that the right throws out there regarding the presidential race in 2016.
