We need a sticky for this subject.

Maybe NATO isn't such a bad deal after all.

Another Trump U-turn? President-elect says US is 'strongly committed' to Nato | The Independent
Once again RNG shows his ignorance (not an insult) Ignorance means lack of knowledge

Trump never said that we were not committed to NATO

he said ALL (repeat) ALL NATO members should pay their promised financial Support for NATO.

Trump is saying THAT FRANCE GERMANY and other NATO nations SHOULD uphold THEIR PROMISED COMMITMENT to NATO.

LOL...problem is NONE of the NATO members have a "monetary commitment" whatsoever to NATO. But you keep believing the imbecilic chickenhawk who's lied to you 6,000 times so far in office :D

This thread has received too little attention lately.

Similar to the WALL ---> Barrier ---> fence shift, we now have a new one.

PULL ALL TROOPS FROM SYRIA ---> Well, maybe leave 200 ---> well, or maybe leave 400.

What will be next?

Mr. Trump’s national security adviser, John R. Bolton, pressed the president to make the decision on Thursday, this official said, amid signs that the Pentagon’s negotiations to put together a stabilization and monitoring force were foundering on European resistance.

In Latest Shift, Trump Agrees to Leave 400 Troops in Syria

Sounds like a man that listens to his advisors.. He wants all out his advisors convenced him to keep advisors in country to support the Iraqi troops.. and let the Iraqis take a greater role in their defense.

he wanted a wall, the Border patrol said a wall prevents them from observing the other side of the wall, so we need more a fence instead of a solid wall, that will allow us to observe what is on the other side of the wall

Wall Fence Barrier you call it what ever you want.

Sounds like a man who ignores his advisors till the world laughs at him (again) and won't do what he wants so he has to backpedal (again).
